How Are Carbon Emissions Transformed into Luxurious Comfort?
Our bedding fibers are crafted using recycled carbon emissions that we capture before they enter the atmosphere. Through a number of steps, the CO2 is transformed into a synthetic fiber that has the same properties as traditional polyester fiber. This eco-conscious fiber is then woven into soft, breathable textiles producing a luxurious feel.
The Process
Carbon Captured
Capture the carbon emissions before they enter the atmosphere.
Utilization
The ethylene glycol is combined with PTA to produce carbon-captured PET, which is used to create a synthetic fiber for soft, breathable textiles.
Liquefaction & Purification
The carbon goes through a liquefaction and purification process and is made into green methanol.
Ethylene glycol
The green methanol combines with electrolyte A to generate electrolyte B as well as carbon-captured ethylene glycol.
